Ofcourse it's possible! 😃

You have to pick the second modifier,

Then move it so you get the right angle,

Hopefully after some adjustments you'll get it in the right possition!

Unfortunately you can only snap one end of flexible part to another snap point, the other end you have to adjust by yourself, but it would be awesome to be able to snap the onther end and I think it's on Scrubs ToDo list(very long list) to figure out how to do it so hopefully in the future we can snap both ends! 😃

Select the flexible part and press F key(or the icon in the left side toolbar)
