Stuck at 100% when opening

The model on https://mecabricks.com/en/models/AzOjoxwkv6Z can't be opened in the workshop. It's an older model I made, but even when importing into an existing project the progress bar gets to 100% and is stuck there. I even waited for some hours. Also weird: In the viewer all the minifigs' heads are missing.
