Getting Instructions with Old Parts

I just finished putting together a giant MOC with over 2,000 pieces. I'd love to be able to share the build with the wider community on a site like rebrickable but in order to do so, they require instructions to be available. While getting instructions directly from Mecabricks would be ideal, I know that it's likely still a bit of a wait (If we could get a status update on that btw Scrubs, that would be fantastic). I'm willing to rebuild my model in another program if that's what it takes, but the problem i'm having is that two of the window bricks I used a lot in my build (29c01 [29p1 in Mecabricks] and 3087c [3087 in Mecabricks]) are really old (like, from the 70's old) and none of the other Lego CAD options I've found have these pieces.

So my questions are:

  1. (for Scrubs) Update on the Instructions status?
  2. does anyone know of a Lego CAD program that both has these pieces and can generate instructions?
  3. are there any other piece options that can stand in for 1x1x2 window that might be a bit more modern?

Thanks so much!
