Since the parts are drawn with Blender; is the library with blend-files available? I'd like to build my models in Blender itself, because I'm used to Blender. So it would be a pain in the ass to export a Mecabricks-file with all the parts to Blender and then rebuilding a parts library out of it wich already excists.
Hello. The part library is proprietary and will not be shared.
This is way faster to build with a dedicated tool like Mecabricks than in a general 3D software as everything is optimized for the LEGO system.
Thank you for the fast answer. I asked because I try to stay in blender as much as possible.
Besides Lego I use it for all kind of other designing, rendering and animation.
I understand in general MB is faster, but since I'm completely used to Blender, for me it would be faster to directly build my models in Blender.
But it's OK, I'm building a parts-library right now based on what I need.
