Missing Groups/Properties/Colours Section in Workshop

When I load the workshop in Chrome, the Groups/Properties/Colours Section doesn't display. https://i.imgur.com/aXwtjhf.png
Google Chrome is up to date
Version 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Make sure that your browser scale is set to 100%.

It was at 100%, changed it to 90% and it appeared. Thanks for the quick reply!! You're the best Scrubs!
