I'm kinda new to this site and don't know how I would submit pieces or decorations to be added in a way that I could understand. What I request to be added, if this is read by anybody who is able to add the parts I ask of, is the windshields, prints, and pieces used for the Cars theme from 2011-12 and the Juniors subtheme for the third movie. I hope this post gets noticed by somebody who is more familiar with adding parts and decorations than I am.

To answer your questions, parts are added by Scrubs, make request in the above thread and if it's possible he will add the part, if he has it as a real part or can find references of the part to model it from.
Decorations can be added by several members. Make requests in the thread, or upload good references to the dropbox(photos or scans, read the guidelines for dropbox) in the "PARTS" section, and we may be abel to add it for you!
The request thread is already full of requests that has not been added. Both Scrubs and all other members making decorations are doing this for free, we use our spare time to contribute as much as we can. So have patient! 😉
