What is the new "Temp" category?

Today a bunch of new pieces got added to the workshop under a category called "Temp". They seem to be custom parts? I'm just wondering what they are.

Nothing of interest for your guys. Temp is for temporary. Was only here for an hour or so and it is now gone.
Ahhh...So is it part of an experiment that will eventually be a new feature in the workshop or something?
