I've imported a Mecabricks file into Blender and the model is massive (the instructions say not to scale it down) but when I move the camera back it starts to clip because the model is so large.
I've tried changing the camera clip settings but it still clips. I also keep getting "Firefly" artefacts in the render, what's the best way to get rid of those?
For camera clipping, make sure you change the values for both the viewport camera and the render camera.
Fireflies/Noise is a recurring issue in 3D rendering. Without seeing your settings or the rendered image, it is hard to tell you what you can change. The most obvious one is to increase the samples. If you use my add-on (free or not), the template file template.blend is already including good settings that shall limit the noise.
You could use the de-noising feature?
