What do you see of the workshop? What browser do you use?

I'm using Chrome, which has worked fine before. All I see is the black background, no menus or anything.

Do you see any errors in the developer console while you load the page? (The shortcut to open the developer console is CTRL+SHFT+I and can be found as well under More Tools > Developer Console)

I see this message: Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token

That's a weird message which does not happen to other builders. Normally, on the right side of the message, it says where the error has happened. If you could also post this, then we found the cause of your problem.

It may be possible that an extension installed in your browser Chrome is currently causing the issue, which is the most likely way at this moment. If you have different browsers installed, you can try with them too.

Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token workshop.obf.js:1

Yeah, it works with Edge.
