I have seen the post from fangirl that isn't directly ansered and another with the Same Problem that i had and i have cleared my data and have tried on Safari and googlebrowser but there is only a blackscreen please help

Mecabricks works on iPad if you use Chrome. Safari used to work with previous version of iOS but for whatever reasons, Apple has changed something in the last one.
