There are some libraries that you use more frequent than others. Of course that depends of what you build. But anyway, how about shortcuts to the most used libraries? You could use the number-keys (not the ones in the numpad). E.g 1: Bricks, 2: Bricks - Special, 3: Plates, 4: Plates - Special and so on. Even better if 1-9 where configurable but I guess that's a lot of work.
But shortcuts in some way (suggestions?) in the library would help.
This has been suggested in one way or another before and i like this idea! I think earlier suggestions included a library with already used parts in the model, and another was a configurable favorite parts library to add for yourself your most used parts...
As you say, i guess it's alot of code to write if every user should be able to ad their own favorites!
