Its offline for me, when is it going to be on again?

It's down again. It keeps going on and off.

The server is not the problem. This is the connection to reach it which is the issue. I do not have a solution right now. Just refresh.

This is not a server issue. This is a peering issue therefore it can appear to be offline any time even if it is not.
