For some reason, a model I tried rendering yesterday got stuck and now the timer just continues on for hours, but there is no green dot, so I am not sure what is going on. The render farm says online with a green dot, but the model itself does not have a green dot. Can my render be canceled so I can render something else? I originally tried to close out of the browser session either while the upload of the file was happening or just after because there was something I forgot to do to the model before rendering it. This seemed to cause the issue, because after I did this, the file timer just continues on and nothing is rendering. I may have tried starting the render around 10PM or 11PM Mountain Standard Time. File name is Valentine 20.
P.S. This is only a minor hiccup. I have had a great experience using your user interface so far. Keep up the great work! Thanks for bringing such awesome render capability to the masses!

Feature is working normally for others so this is just an issue with your model and not a system crash. I will sort that out when I will be back home tonight. No problem.
Never a good idea to stop while it is uploading even if normally it shall be ok. System probably failed to mark it has "failed".
Once you click the render button, there is no coming back unless you close your browser while uploading but in this case you take the risk of having an issue in the process. When the model has been uploaded successfully, you can close your browser as everything happens in the background on the server. Rendering process can then be tracked on any browser as long as you log in.
Thanks! Yeah, I shouldn't have don it, but I was strapped for time. I had to go to bed and knew it was going to be a useless render. I will definitely keep that in mind for the future though.
So it there a solution for this? I'm having the same problem.
This is not the same problem this time. Apparently the system crashed so this is not working for anybody. It was up for almost 2 weeks non stop. I will restart it tonight.
Okay. Whew! I'll be able to post my rendering before the Olympics end.
