If you are working on a model in LDD you must finish it and save the file on your computer – unfortunately you will not be able reupload the creation to continue building the model in the new gallery. Your creations in the current gallery will unfortunately not be moved to the new gallery. Sorry for the inconvenience."

I'm not sure what is going to happen, but if you have content over there (from before you came to Mecabricks 😄) that you want to keep, head over and save it. 😃
