Bricks Inside Bricks, but I didn't place them

I was just making a model of a rocket. It involved a lot of making groups and cloning lot's of stuff, and at a certain point, I realized the brick count was a lot higher than it should have been. Indeed, in some places there were almost 8 identical pieces inside of each other, and I had no idea how they got there. IDK if it was me and there's something I don't know, but that caused me not to be able to make a render... 😦 PLEASE HELP

Use the select tool to select parts that have been doubled/tripled, etc. then delete them.
For render I answered in your other post.
