Just a little suggestion!
It would be really cool (i don't know if it is possible to program) a little preview mode before rendering like on blender. So we will be able to better control the parameters of the final picture...
I cannot really reproduce the live rendering mode from Blender however what I generally do is to use the percentage field. If set to 50%, height and width are divided by 2 (and render time divided by 4). You can also but a smaller number in samples like 30. That will create a small and quick preview render that shall cost maybe even less than 1c.
