Render Button Grayed Out

Why is the Render button grayed out? I have been really wanting to try this feature and I think I might have already lost my chance... ;(

Scrubs has turned off the render farm, the power company called and said he's overloading the power lines! 😃
I think it was a test period, guess he wants to see how it works and maybe tweak the settings?
Oh! 😄 That makes total sense! Thanks for the update, I also just saw the news (or better known as the Twitter Feed).
