When you export your model, it generates a zip file that is automatically downloaded. It can take more or less time to generate this file depending on the complexity of the model. This function doesn't work with Safari. It works for sure with Chrome and Firefox. Also make ensure that your browser doesn't block it.

Nope. Safari is not supporting a standard function that I am using. The day they will finally decide to support it like all the other browsers it will work.
