Mini Head No.1 (3626d154) (The most common Classic Town Minifig Head) seems to have gone missing from the parts. I used it in my older sets, but now I can no longer select it.

I am not sure I understand the problem.
The common minifig head with the standard grin is available in 3 different moulds in the library.
They are located in the "Minifigures" category and as children of 3626v3 (very old type), 3626 (old type until about 2012) and 3626v2 (new type).
Their ID in Mecabricks are: 3626d154, 3626av and 3626d153. You can use them to do a search in the part section or directly in the workshop.
I must have had a filter on or something. It's working now.
