I was very disappointed to find out you do not have it already since you already have the rest of the jokers pieces so i think you should add Minifig, Hair Bushy Swept Back 28551 or 28768

This piece is from 2017 and none of the other LEGO CAD software have it. It will certainly come on Mecabricks at some stage but this is a very time demanding modeling exercise. Be patient 😉

I there a way I can export models and keep the textures in cinema 4d

It is for sure possible as other people did it. However, I am not a C4D user. You shall check the "Model Export and Render" section of the forum.
