Official sets - are these "replaced parts"?

I´m a bit confused about the official sets here on Mecabricks. They should be complete - for sure - but the Mecabricks part IDs are sometimes totally different to the ones Bricklink provide, so when is a part "replaced"?
Examples: I enter the part ID "2412b" as Bricklink part and receive the exact part. But adding it results in a Mecabricks ID "2412", without the "b".
Bricklink part "3941" results in a part "6143" directly in the Bricklink result.
Bricklink part "4589" results in a part "4589b" as Bricklink result, but adding it results in a Mecabricks part "59900"!

So... are those one and the same part everytime or do I need to list them as "replaced"?

Bricklink has alternate items numbers
For example part 3941 have 2 alt no 6143 and 6116
So the mecabricks have the same
You can check the aliases

Thanks for the response! Are you an admin?
So, these parts aren´t replaced? Or are they?

It's about different Bricklink numbers for identical parts, so nothing to be replaced. Aliases in MB help you to find these.
