can yu put a whole grey minifig together with newest blank head or oldest for starterz in the minifigz it save time to not have to know what a figure wil go to and where

I agree that it might be useful in some cases, but my rule is to only add multiple parts assembly in the library if it already comes together in a bag (e.g. torso, legs, etc). As an option, you can save it as a model and re-import it as many time as you want from your private lib.
