I updated my iPad to iOS 10. I didn't even think of MB before I did it, but a day later, while watching the debate on TV I decided to take MB for a spin and build America's Presidential Candidates, Mr. Trump and Mrs. Clinton. They turned out fantastic, but I decided they needed a background, so I made an American flag out of tiles. However, a problem arose: I can no longer pan. I used to be able to slide with three fingers to pan across the screen, but now it can no longer be done. I don't know if some new setting is merely interfering or if this function is permanently gone. Anyone else have any advice?
