As the title says, no folder or files appear on Blender when I attempt to use a a template to use for Environmental Texture from the Nodes, which leaves renders with a pink shade. Any solutions?

Update : I was able to figure out a solution to this, but a new problem occurs; the model includes transparent parts, but when exported to Blender, the transparent parts does not show up transparent. Any solutions for this one?
