Hello, Scrubs!
When building models with MECABRICKS, it is not usually very often that decorated parts are needed (perhaps about 5% of the time?). When searching for parts, I have to search through hordes of decorated parts that I likely will not need. So I was wondering; would it be easy for you to add a "Molds Only" type button next to the "Bricklink" button in the workshop to make it easier to simply find the undecorated pieces needed? Or would it be extremely difficult?
Thanks in advance,
Ngriffin7a
Hello.
It would probably not be too hard. The hardest would actually be to put the tick box in a place that does not break the UI. Code on the server would be very easy. Your suggestion makes sense as I had this issue before.
I support as I had this issue many times before. 😄
This would definitely be a great feature! I always get all of the printed versions of a piece before i get the unprinted ones. 😃
The workshop has been updated to allow a search to include decorated pieces or not. It was a bit tricky but I managed to make it work for assemblies too. If you type 76382 in the search field with Decorations on, you will get all the minifig torsos like before. If you untick Decorations in the filters list, you will only get the basic torso assembly. Isn't it awesome!
If you think about other types of filters, let me know.
That's awesome Scrubs!
Beautiful! That's terrific! Thanks so much, Scrubs! 😄 I think I'll go try it out, real quick!
