I was uploading a new profile pic, and after I uploaded it it took up a quarter of the page. Probably a quick fix. It's actually a kind of nice bug as you can see your profile pic better after you upload it, but it covers over some of the text boxes. 
Maybe you should make it so the image scales if you hold the mouse over it. 😛
