how to make gears interact with each other?

Hello, i am wondering if there are any ways to make gears interlock and interact with each other like a way to simulate operation? i wish to make geared objects and stuff like that, and i am trying to do so on a chromebook so i cannot download LDD on this laptop. there is probably a thread for this somewhere that answers my question, but i have had no luck with finding the thread.

Hello,
This is currently not possible in Mecabricks - Parts don't have any constraints between them. I don't think that LDD is able to do that either anyway.
I know that sr3D was able to do simulation (based on the Ldraw part library). But the development of this software has been stopped.

I already saw this video. It's pretty funny but not usable for anything 😛

I agree it's kinda useless but still a fun idea. 😉

Tried that type of mechanism once in LDD, it looks so cool!

This is rip because i have to do something that has to do with gears i guess ill just use the circle with a picture of gears on them XD and bc those pictures and circles of gears are small ill have to add a couple extra 😦

You can move gears in Mecabricks now, using the animation feature, which was added after these posts were made. You can look at this forum topic for more information.
