Hello,
I am trying to build something somewhat bigger. For my walls, I have some standard pieces put together (basicaly, straight wall, 90 degrees towar inside and 90 degrees toward outside). Those look like that:

Is there a way for me to define that as a "piece" or have an easy way to copy them? I do not wat to group them not to "Overkill" my group hierarchy with every bit of wall. Right now I keep one copz of each on the side and duplicate from them, but if there is a cleverer way to do it, it would be helpful.
Thanks 😃
First idea: You can duplicate your original wall group and then when you finish ungroup all the unwant groups.
Second idea: unlock your wall group, select the pieces from the group (but not the group) and duplicate/locate/duplicate, etc. The parts will be added in the same parent group. This solution is probably the one I would use.
Hi,
thanks for the hints. It does not really work due to my "grouping" (I striped down my wall to 3 subgroup: lower wall, higher wall and promenade. Since the pieces I showed have part belonging to 2 of the groups, it turns out a bit more difficult.
I kept a copy at one corner of my workspace. It is not elegant but allowed mw to work quite fast.
Thanks again 😉
