Azog The Defiler and Toolmanjr320, and some other people and I were thinking of doing a collaborative LEGO Ideas project together, so this is the topic for it. Don't worry, I asked Scrubs to make sure it was okay, and it's designed for us, but if you have a question about it, we could probably answer you. ๐
Here's my other Tiny Turbo: http://www.mecabricks.com/en/models/EMgaX0V5az0 I'll probably render it tomorrow when I have time.
That is awesome Masman! ๐ฎ I think my second is going to be a truck. ๐
That's realy cool Masman! ๐
Really nice job Masman! It's unusual but awesome. It sure would us a lot of gas! Probably 9 mpg. ๐
Thanks! I'm quite fond of it myself. LegoBricker, you're probably right. ๐ Here's some renderings: (You may want to brace yourself, they look pretty sweet if I do say so myself.)
Oh, and Toolman, to post a picture, you need to type [img][/img], and put the picture link in between the two. To get the link you need to upload it to somewhere then right click and click open image in new tab. Use the link from the tab with the image in it.
Those are awesome pictures! You should try adding motion blur though. ๐
I thought about it, but I decided not to. I might do it for the final project design.
Wow!! That is so awesome! ๐ I have never figured out rendering, I guess I've kinda given up trying to figure it out though ๐ Mine won't look as nice, but I will try to get the picture up ๐ I may get nothing, but I'll figure it out ๐
Yes! It worked! ๐ So there's mine ๐
Whoo! That render almost blew me away! You used Bluerender?
Nice car Toolman! ๐
He used Blender. ๐
Here's a render of A truck I made. I might use it for my second car. ๐
And here's after I touched it up in Hitfilm. ๐
Oh. Will POV Ray produce similar results? Have you tried that program before?
It can, but you'd need to know how to set up lights in it. And that can be hard to learn. ๐ I have used it, but I never learned how to do lights. When you import things into it using the LDD to POV-ray converter, it just puts one bright light, and a few fill lights. It ends up looking like real LEGO in a bright room.
Masman and I render with Blender, than add effects in Hitfilm.
Some how it posted twice. ๐
Those look awesome guys. ๐ My second car is coming along, I might have it done by tomorrow ๐
Nice car Toolman! Do you want me to render it for you so we can see it look better? That Semi looks really slick Azog!
Sure, that would be awesome Masman! I just make it "public" right? Thanks! ๐
Great job on the Semi Azog, looks great! ๐
Wow, I love the semi! So small yet it looks so big! ๐
Okay thanks for the info, Azog. I might try Blender, though I just downloaded POV ray. ๐
Thanks guys! ๐ @Toolman Sweet car! You might want to change the front a bit though, maybe make it one long slope? Or maybe just make it flat? @LegoBricker If you do get Blender, let me know if you need any help figuring out the how to use the program. ๐ You might also want to watch this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLV7h-WLIx0
Alright, thank you so much. ๐
