Azog The Defiler and Toolmanjr320, and some other people and I were thinking of doing a collaborative LEGO Ideas project together, so this is the topic for it. Don't worry, I asked Scrubs to make sure it was okay, and it's designed for us, but if you have a question about it, we could probably answer you. 😛
And Here's Sráid's:
I just did Sráid's again because I realized that the lights were on. I also changed the text so it would look better. I'll change Naranja's text to be like that too. I just saw your question if you needed names for yours TheForce. Sorry I didn't see it earlier! Yes, you do, but don't feel that you have to do it super soon. 😃
EDIT: Here's Naranja's:
Ladies and Gentlemen, I present the new title. Please let me know what you think, for I'm sure I shall not be offended. 😛
Wow gr8 job!
Yes, wow! It looks amazing! I do like the new title. 😃
Thanks guys!
Good job masman! 😃
i think i"m going to call my car "road runner" and i haven't decided on the truck yet.
Okay, cool!
Happy new year everybody!
Yup best wishes for 2017!
Happy new year everyone! Hopefully this'll be the year that this gets submitted! 😛
If not there's 2018. 😄
Maybe... DUN DUN DUNNN!
So, I started typing stuff up for Azog's cars, but I thought it would be better if it came from him, so I'll let you all write something describing your cars yourselves, unless you want me to. 😛
Also, what would you guys think of a little teaser for the project where Road Hog starts up? Just from the front with the camera down low looking up, and only a few seconds. It'll be cool though. 😎 Actually, that makes me think that I could do little short animations of the title cars whizzing about within the same video... ...or I could have them all start up...
Ok, would it work if we each wrote a description (unless the other guys don't want to) and you can edit them?
A teaser animation or pic sounds cool to me. Maybe you could try a few different shots and we can vote on it?
I was just thinking a paragraph or two about your cars, but try it, and if it looks alright we'll try it. 😉
Okay. I'm thinking a video would go further, because YouTube has lots of alternate sharing options, plus tons of people go on there anyways. I could do a picture too though. 😃 Anybody have access to a sports car so we can get the engine starting up and revving? I know where I can get a diesel to do that for Road Hog, but I just need to ask. 😛
Ah sounds good. 😃
Yeah I agree. YT sounds like a good choice.
I definitely don't have access to a sports car. But what about just using a recording of some sports car revving?
That would probably work too, but then we'll probably need to credit it, and it would be possibly higher quality and more customize-able.
Hi, I know I'm not part of this project, but I thought I might be able to help with your SFX problem. My bro (Malman35) works with SFX all the the time, and he said you can get free (don't have to credit) SFXs from, https://freesound.org and https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/soundeffects . He says to make sure that the sounds you get from freesound are under the CC0 licence (Creative Commons 0). Otherwise you have to credit. CC0 is very similar to Public Domain so you don't have credit. Hope this helps. 😃
Thanks Gideon! I generally use SoundBible.com, but they don't always have everything I need. 😉 With YouTube do you need to credit anything whatsoever? Thanks again!
