Hello , I have a question. You can create a texture that does not exist in LEGO ? I create games and created a character, he is a human being, but would like to have it in model lego if I send several photos of him at various angles , you can create the texture of it and put in a LEGO character?
Hello,
As of today, I don't include any custom parts in mecabricks. However, you can export a model of an existing minifig, draw your textures and replace them in the decoration folder. You can then render it in your 3D modeling software.
Thanks for the reply = D great site. Raphael5555 my brother recommended me and I liked it = D
no worries 😉
Yes, it’s possible to create a custom texture that doesn’t officially exist in LEGO by designing one yourself. If you provide several photos of the character from different angles, a designer can recreate the look and apply it to a LEGO-style minifigure texture for use in games or 3D models. This process is similar to how custom skins or projects like jenny mod models are designed, where unique character details are adapted into a different style. It’s a common approach for developers who want their original characters represented in a LEGO-like format.
