We're using Bricklink (bricklink.com) or Brickset (brickset.com) for direct part links, either by searching by set number or by minifigure names there, mostly.
If I'm not mistaken, you're requesting minifigure parts from set 4478, which should be the following:

Keep in mind that there are a lot of part requests though which can take a long time to be added for Scrubs is modeling the parts almost entirely himself, and he's also busy revamping the whole viewport/parts system right now; plus, he has to own the parts that have to be modeled. In general, Scrubs is focusing on the more relevant parts, say recent parts or parts that are used often by TLG. Minifigure parts from 2003 don't really fit that category, so you probably have to wait quite some time.
For decorations, there are a handful of users creating decorations for MB, so if you're lucky, someone owns the minifigure decorations and will add them soon or at some point. For the two parts to be modeled though, that may take some time, just so that you know. 😉

i love Mecabricks and I love making sets and renders, but I really miss these iconic new and old StarWars minifigures, the ones unfortunately not present in iconic loved LEGO sets recreated on Mecabricks.
