It might be difficult if you don't have the set but from what I can see the tyre profile basically looks like part 44309 but with two middle stripes.

As long as the round hole isn't aesthetically necessary the cross hole works just fine with 3.2mm wheel bases. All the current 3.2mm wheels have cross holes.
