Can anyone build Lego City set(s) both are (Sub-themed as) Police. 2014 set number 60045-1 the Lego City Police "Police Patrol" Pickup-Truck with trailer and boat, and 2017 set number 60140 the "Bulldozer Break-in". I ask because i want to take these vehicles and modify them into a MOC! Whenever you can please make them available!

Because jeff the second set in my list has fender wells that aren't in the Mecabricks database because they are so new, Secondly I dont have that amount of skill in using Mecabricks to do so, If you dont like file a formal complaint with I don't care who!

The missing parts isn't really an issue, you can use a substitute, or left a blank spot. And if you don't know how to use Mecabricks, then how do you plan on "modify them into a MOC" ? Or do you mean you aren't able to model parts ? Because you can't do that in Mecabricks anyway.
